Google Calendar & Google Maps Added To Order Form

I need scheduling scripts added to a photographer website. Currently the order form looks like this: [login to view URL] I would like to add a calendar and map on the following page that shows what shoot times are available and an image of the address. The shoots are in different locations. The scheduler would give the user time slots they can choose from to schedule a photo shoot. *The shoot times vary in length, the order placed will show how long each shoot will be *google maps should calculate the time it will take to drive between shoot being ordered and other shoots *Public user calendar will have limited info about other shoots scheduled displayed *System should update a more detailed calendar with all of the order info as well (used in Android phone by photographer) I would be interested to hear about similar projects you have done.
