Internet TV Website

I need a Internet TV channel website developed. It will be called LatinLocoTV. The purpose of the site is to give an insight to people in Europe, UK and US into the Latin American Lifestyle and Culture. This includes aspects of Fashion, Dance, Music and other random items. I would like the site to have a similar/same website shell as '[login to view URL]'. A simple but effective design is required However the site should be very easy to use. For the video streaming side I would like to use the brightcove technology ([login to view URL]) I already have access to a network version of the BC console. If you have knowledge of the the BC technology this will be a bonus. Filming will be done in HD and the videos would uploaded into the BC console. If you know of other good 'free' video streaming method this will also be good. Experience with developing previous web streaming sites will be a huge bonus. If so please send me the links. I guess the site will need a basic database to manage the display of videos however all manipulation aspects of the video technology would be handled by Brightcove. I would like a slick design using 'black and red'. The logo for the title is attached below. I am currently based in Cordoba, Argentina so if you are based here, Buenos Aires or any other location in argentina (and can communicate in english) this will improve your chances of winning the bid for this project. This is because I'd like some close interaction with the developer so my requirements are fully met.
