I need someone to create a fully customized site with Fiverr features.

I need someone to create a micro jobs site. The idea of the site is just like Fiverr, but i want to have it fully customized. The whole design and layout should be different. I would also like to add an additional module, Auction module. In this module, seller will be able to post their products for auctions. Other then this, the other module options should be: 1) Video module 2) Shipping module 3) Express gig module 4) Extras gig module 5) Instant gig module 6) Feedback module 7) Notifications module 8) And all other modules used by Fiverr. Admin should have full control over users orders, gigs, conversation, and everything else. It should be open source and i must be given the source code after completion. Script should not be a copy from the other scripts in the market. This should be fully licensed to me. I also need you to provide future support and bug fixes that may be needed. This is an urgent job and needs to be done asap. If you can do the job, then i need you! :)
