Social Media website development in PHP

We are looking for a freelancer or small company who are very good and quick with developing small to medium size PHP sites. We need a turnkey solution, starting with design all the way to development and testing. Our site is a social media site with some interesting twists. This is the first of 6 microsites that needs to be developed. Once all 6 are developed, we need to link the sites together. We intend to develop these sites over the next 3-4 months. Please note that if the overall experience with the selected freelancer or company is good, we will look to hand over the development of all the 6 sites to the same freelancer. Please note however that the current pricing and quote needs to be for this one site only. Please bid while bidding, send details like prior experience and portfolio etc. Please also note that prior experience is an important criteria during selection. We intend to close the bidding process by Monday, 9th May and possibly award the contract within a day. Also note that the winning bidder would have approximately 20 days to execute the project.
