Website design and creation - graphics and ecommerce

Hello and thanks for showing your interest. I am looking for a skilled web designer to create a website for my new business. The business is [login to view URL] and you will be able to check out the logo on the website to see what you are working with. The website needs to target 18-24 year old students. I like minimalist designs e.g. Mail Chimp, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], letsdothis-now.org. And the design and content needs to be very user friendly. Website can be built on any platform (Wordpress seems to be the best) but needs to have a content management system for admin to manage orders and user accounts. Features required: - User account with address book and ability to rebook previous orders and manage orders - DHL tracking needs to be integrated into site so user can just input their tracking number and see results within their user area - Shipping rate calculator similar to [login to view URL] - Homepage will have a how-to video on (will be provided) - Needs to have an address look-up feature ([login to view URL]) - Needs to have a University look-up feature (list will be supplied) - Payment gateway will be PayPal - Checkout system needs to have discount code ability - There needs to be a blog on the website - Contact page with contact form necessary - Two distinct product pages - Shipping and Storage. Website is same basis as UniBaggage and [login to view URL] - The website will be small with regards to the number of pages but the design should allow me to add pages quite simply. 8-10 front-end pages will be required, the text will be supplied but you need to create the graphics - Needs to be SEO ready. I want the website to be very visual so quite a few graphics will be required. Looking for this to be built fairly quickly and don't have a huge budget.
