Create Simple Telemarketing Application

I want a very simple telemarketing script application that allows me to select certain responses that the caller gives, and then to be led to another screen that tells me what to say. This is a very simple project, and would take me about an hour to do myself, but I just don't have the time. So I'm accepting bids to accomplish this in either MS Access 2007, ASP.NET 3.5/SQL Express, or PHP/MySQL. I offer a range of services, including Web Design, Webcasting Service, Database Development, etc., and I want each of those services to be an ID field to start off with, so that, upon opening the main menu, I select which service I am calling about, or answering a call for, and then it displays an Intro? field pertaining to that selection, like "I want to talk to you about your website. Okay!" And, then, depending on what the person answers, I have three buttons to select from. One button is "Elaborate", another button is "Okay", and the third button is "Retort", each of which I explain below at greater length. I will provide you with some initial content for you to place in the fields, upon selection of your bid, and I also want to be able to add, edit, delete, and create new records in the database. I also want to keep a record of each call that was made, and whether or not there was an attempt to sell the service during that call or there was no answer. ## Deliverables * "Elaborate" button: used when the person says something like "Don't have a website"--in which case I go to a screen that reads something like "That's what I want to talk to you about. Okay!" and if customer says "Okay" then I click "Okay" button and proceed down that route. * "Okay" button: Okay, proceed to establishing rapport screen. On this screen, I basically ask how he's doing, then proceed to describing the service we are offering. * "Retort"? button: proceed to providing a retort to a negative response. Example: Customer says "I don't want a website!" My Retort is "But You NEED a website to succeed!" (I want be able to reply a total of two retorts--Make two attempts to change his mind) So I need two different fields for retorts--firstRetort, and secondRetort. So, if you understand me correctly, you see that, once rapport has been established with the client, to proceed I go from field to field, Next, Next, Next, Next, to Next? for a total of 5 screens before the last screen, which is to close the sale, telling him about the service we are offering. If at any time, the customer responds negatively, There is a Retort button on that screen, which provides a retort to try to get him to show interest, so that I can return back to the screen I was on, and continue moving in a forward direction along my script.
