Create a Wordpress plugin for video and image content posting - repost

I am looking for an experienced Wordpress plugin programmer who can create a plugin that will allow users to input video and images from multiple online sources into posts and pages. The plugin in will: - scrape the internet for royalty free, copyright free images - allow user to select video which will be inputed into the page or post from different sources - allow the user to create and schedule video campaigns that will post according to different schedules specified by the user. The programmer should also be familiar with utilizing API's. There are more details and a mockup that I've created which will be shared privately.
