html to css and cms 1 page

Hi all, I need a conversion of 1 psd page to html/css and then a small cms system(could be wordpress as well) that can generate this page again and again according to given information. So cms should basically have an option that says create new page and then one can fill in the options like listed below and then press publish and the page will be visible on a url. This will be used to display products in ebay. Features: - Top page right side: ‘ Diesen shop speichern’ mean function to bookmark the page - Liking the page should be working on user their facebook on the specific product - Left side you see a gallery should be able to display, pictures, youtube, gifs (cms fill in) - Right side should be able to fill in text (cms fill in) - Under the gallery should be able to fill in the 3 options text with title and possible add or remove another one (cms fill in) - Under there you see the feedback about the products, this should only contain the positive 5 star rated feedback and display.
