Amazon EC2 and S3 API calls

This project requires the building of a set of controls that are activated from a website (.net) that make API calls to the Amazon EC2 and S3 storage environment. The calls and API are well documented from Amazon and would look something like: Power On/Off, Report status, Stats, Configure, etc. We would like to be able to control EC2 VM's from our website, report on the health and statistic and make management choices based on the data that is returned. A good knowledge of EC2, S3 API's and .net is important. This is one project of many (second one is building the API's for EMC's AtmosOline as well as an example) Once you have accepted we will forward the complete details on the build requirements. All the API's are directly available from Amazon.
