Auto Back Linking Software

I require a software application that has 2 primary functions. A piece of software which can search Google, Yahoo & Bing for a user defined keyword for blogs that allow post commenting. I need the software to search the first 100 pages of all 3 search engines and then display the results of the sites that allow comment posting. Effectively harvesting sites that allow blog posting in their chosen niche. For example if you entered "dog training" in to the software, I would want the software to search this keyword on Google, and then check every result on the first 100 page results of google, yahoo and bing and then display each URL that allows blog comments. The second function of the software would be to automatically post a blog on these sites, including sites common anti spam captcha forms. In order to post a comment, the software would need section where the user can add keywords to post on the blogs in the "name" section of a blog post a section where the user can choose add the URL they are trying to create backlinks for and a section where the user enters the email address they want to use for the post. As for the comments - the software would need a box where the user can write a comment to go in the blog. For example a typical blog would have the following sections NAME (USER DEFINED KEYWORD) EMAIL (USER DEFINED EMAIL) WEBSITE (USER DEFINED URL) COMMENTS (USER DEFINED COMMENTS) The software will need to allow the user to add as many KEYWORDS, URL's and USER DEFINED COMMENTS to the software. A simple ADD button next to each field will create a new user defined field for each of the 4 sections above. Once the user has set this, the software will then need go to the previously harvested list of sites and post comments. And the software would need to rotate/randomise the order of what it posts. For example, the user harvests a list of 1000 blogs that allow posting for "dog training" and then they set 5 Keywords under the Name section, but only had 1 email and 1 URL but then had 10 different COMMENTS - the software would need to randomly choose 1 of the keywords to go with 1 on the comments. The user will be able to save their campaigns, and the user will be able to create multiple campaigns that either all run at once, or at least queue them up so the next one starts when one finishes. Aside from the functionality of the software, it will also to have a good design so that it looks like a nice modern application. Lastly the software will need to be password protected and I require the ability to disable it remotely if someone gets a refund! Ideally I would like a freelancer that has completed a similar project and I would need to see examples of your work before I award the project. Any questions just ask!
