Clipshare Expert and Youtube API Required

I have clipshare site, when you do search function. It will come out the related video, or searching from youtube.(And Also our uploaded video from database) If possible, I want it to be played by clipshare video player. and, one more things. My country block the youtube, it is possible to play our video player from different proxy. Because, I think it need proxy to play video player. Or you have another idea for this, maybe when click the video from youtube. It will save into temp folder(During the save, it will play the video) and after that, It will be deleted. My host is in US. Please let me know your suggestion, only the one who know to handle this with reliable cost and time may apply.
