CMS and template

I want a free? CMS "up and running" with a template made out of existing design.? I want to have a free CMS installed and configured to make updates of text and pics easy. I have been looking at Joomala but if you think an alternate CMS would be better, I am open to suggestion. I would also like to have a CMS template created. The template will be based on a current website? <[login to view URL]>, the only change being I would like a shadow between text area and background, the hight of the pages should be 100% and maybe have a footer. The rest of the graphics and layout will remain exactly the same. ## Deliverables We need a free CMS that is easy to use. The "administrator" has low computer experience but will only edit and change text and pictures,? not add pages eg.
