Horizontal nagivation bar for blog

I am looking to have a horizontal navigational bar created, just under the header of my blog. I use Typepad, and currently am only able to display my pages on my sidebar, but I would like these pages moved up to the horizontal bar for easier reader viewing and access. ## Deliverables I would like to discuss design and coloring before going ahead with the project. It needs to match/look attractive with my blog design. I can provide the specific color codes that are used in my design. I will ensure that all of the pages are edited ready to be moved at the necessary time. All that will be necessary on the coder's part is to move the pages up to the new navigational bar, and remove them from the left sidebar.
