Add features & Fix Glitch with existing Web Chat Application built on Node, PHP and ES6 on front end using socket.io for web socket communication.

I have an existing Web Chat Application built on Node, PHP and ES6 on front end using [login to view URL] for websocket communication. Application is hosted at: [login to view URL] Glitch: For some reason many people (but not all) are having an issue logging into Chat. The homepage loads but the Room List remains empty (despite several Rooms being open), making it so the User cannot login to Chat. We've found the issue can usually be fixed when the User clears their Cookies and deletes their entire Browser History. Obviously this shouldn't be necessary and is very inefficient so I'm looking for a programmer who can identify why this issue is happening and make it so it never happens again. Https: Https certificate has expired. I'm not very computer literate so just walk me through renewing it and re-applying it to the domain. Logo: We have a new Logo that I'd like to be added to the homepage. I will send you the file. Edit Character/Create a Character: In the above windows (you'll need to log onto Chat and check it out) I want a TEXT SIZE button/drop down menu and a FONT button/drop down menu to be added to those already in the formatting bar. ALSO the addition of a HTML button beside Description that will open up a source code area, where code savvy Users can create their profile with HTML coding instead. This is a fairly simple project and I am FIRM on $100AUD. There will be opportunity for further work if you are interested.
