C# app with three advanced features.

Dear coder, I need a standalone desktop app in C# that does the following: 1. Advanced file storing feature. 2. Advanced sanity check feature. 3. Semi-advanced excel-macro executer. Copy files from storage folders to target folders, executing excel and macro, and repeat task. For all tasks there shall be an Action Window, that present each step of the process to the user. Please do not make a bid if you are not willing to provide a UI proposal and illustrate the process flow/action window simulation, before I will decide wether or not you qualify for the job.
