Application will require user to punch in for work either via specific ID or swipe a card. system will need to support multiple items Departments Employee and supervisor security roles Overtime Pay Classes / Rates Pay Calculation Rules Define Holidays Holiday Rules Lunch Rules Very important when employee of certain type punches to go home they need to provide cleaned rooms number which will calculate if employee felt below minimum wage and report to management via email or there should be report. There will be more reporting requirements.
