Audio/Video Recording + Transcribe + store in S3

I am looking for a developer to develop a webpage for me that works in Chrome (Win, Mac, Android) and Safari (Mac and iOS) - requiring no plug-ins. This webpage allows a user to choose to record (1) Video (with audio); or (2) Audio alone as an MP3. The video and audio should be transcribed using Amazon Transcribe... then saved in Amazon S3 with the filename, transcription and metadata (such as duration) stored in my MySQL database. Formats: - Video files should be MP4 H.264 and audio with AAC - Audio files should be MP3 (24kHz, 48Kbps) The webpage should accept the following parameters: - transcribe (1 or 0... if 1 then transcribe); - path (name of the directory in S3 where the file should be saved); - finish (url to go when finished); - multiple (1 or 0... if 1 then after recording, ask the user if they want to record another) Please generate a random GUID for the filename(s). Once finished recording, I need you to send those filename(s) to the designated URL. I can provide access to web server running php/mysql... with a domain with SSL... and access to my AWS account so you can get to S3/Transcribe. Project will be awarded to the developer who has relevant experience and can complete this project in the shortest amount of time at a reasonable price. Ideally, I would like to award this project within the next few hours and have it completed within 2 days. Payment in full upon completion and delivery of commented source files.
