Build a Website

This is in two parts. The PORTAL for clients/staff and use of JSON API to feed data from our live chat providers into our database which will automatically send an email to the relevant email automatically. It needs a very secure a) client login and b) admin/staff login. PORTAL SPEC I need a portal built on my website for staff access and have individual logins for. This portal will be accessed by management and staff. There will be 3 access levels, Management, Supervisors and Staff. Each will have different access. This portal will need to a) Hold basic staff info b) hold basic client info c) Global settings. A) Staff login - a. This will include their name user type (management, supervisor, staff), job title, notes box (timestamps and shows who entered the note). b. Managers to be able to add new staff accounts/suspend access. c. Managers to be able to see client list. i. When clicking on client list need to be able to see the client details and options they have selected. ii. Be alerted anytime a client makes a change to their knowledge base or options (see below). B) Client Info - a. Sign up form for clients. b. includes active (yes/no), client ref, company name, business industry, owner name, contact details etc c. Various other fields like what services they are using and details about their company and a notes section which saves permanently and time stamps who put the note. d. See web chat history (if they have web chat enabled on their account). e. Section for the client to select their options i. Web chat - this will let them select the type of chat box they want, set their knowledge base questions, and a few options. (it is just selecting yes or no and basic fields) which will display to the managers in the client list section. ( I can provide a website where you can see exactly what I want replicated). ii. Telephone - request a change to their telephone service options. iii. Contact us - allow the client to send a message from their login. JSON API The live web chat service I use has an API which can send a string of data to a URL on my site. This data needs to be added into the appropriate field in my database. When the data is added into the database, it should then be able to locate which of my clients that information is for. So a client may have an ID 0001. The chat will come over with the client id that it applies to. When the system matches the client ID, it will save that data and send an email to that client with some of the information from the database. That information will also be available on the client login page under "chat history". It sounds more complicated than it is. There will be two different email types. One that is a transcript of the live chat and one that is a message left by the client. it would be nice if I could edit the email from the manager panel using placeholders.
