It's very easy to manage content, you can do so with just a little more knowledge than you would need for MS Word. Plugins a readily available to expand what WordPress can do. I would want to use a plugin called WooCommerce, which would allow you to set up the guitars as products. I see that you don't sell them directly on the site, which is fine, I can still use WooCommerce to set them up efficiently. And, if you decide to sell from your site, everything will be in place.
