I have installed freepbx server on a vps I have also purchased DID number from [login to view URL] I need that number setup for incoming and outgoing calls after that I will buy one more number which will also be configured and setup where i can decide if a extension can make outgoing calls or not and setup ivr for call routing on click for service extensions for example press 1 for customer support press 2 for joe blogs press 3 for smith and so on or dial an extension number you want to you may know ivr will only point to third number only which will be last one and calls will divert on our systm extensions the whole setup will be done remotly from my pc where any password required to enter will enter it but must be configured via teamviewer or any desk

Hello Im Sourish, I'm an asterisk, vicidial and linux expert. I have installed and completed 50+ asterisk projects in last 2 years. I am even an active asterisk and FreePBX community member. I have already done similar project andeasily can replicate that for you. The localphone DID will be used for incoming calls. Then there will be IVR for answering incoming calls, based on customer input calls will be forwarded to an extension, ring group or queue. While in IVR user can directly dial ny extension and calls can be routed based on that. Outgoing calls will show the localphone DID number on CLI. We can discuss if you want to have some other changes. Please refer to my profile, past experiences with asterisk and freepbx and reviews before making any selection. I am free to start immediately.
