In our magento online store we actually seperate paying product price and and shipping cost in two steps. 1. In the first step the customer can move a product to cart and pay only the product price. 2. In the second step the user have to pay only shipping cost. The second step is your job: 1. Create a new tab in Magento Customer Area "My Account" 2. The tab show all products from any orders in a list view (the payed products have a special custom attribute) 3. When user selects any product it goes to Cart 4. When we view Cart these product should show 0 price only Shipping cost will be added 5. Then user can click button to purchase after paying Shipping Cost
