Create a WooCommerce csv import plugin with JSON

I need a plugin for WooCommerce that can import my products from a csv file and fill some product details (like image url or product description) from a JSON when importing. My product infos are in 2 different places: csv and json, this plugin should merge the infos when importing 10000s of products. I don't care your previous jobs, I only care mine so please do not waste each other's time with these kind of messages. If you write me, ask only for the CSV template file with some temp products and show me your working plugin with my CSV and the following JSON: [login to view URL] There are many CSV import plugins on the internet for FREE and many JSON plugins too. You should only merge and test some code. If I cannot check your plugin with my CSV and JSON, you won't be accepted as winner for this bidding. Thank you!
