My website is www.SkinMyConsole.com. My customers are having a hard time tracking their orders and all my emails coming out after the complete orders and such are generic. I need my customers to be able to more easily view where their order status is. I have woocommerce tracking installed, I just dont think I have it set up well for the customers. I need help increasing the customer experience. Please look at my site and give a custom response when replying or you won't be chosen. Thank you.
