Debt Calculator for Wordpress website

I need a custom debt calculator building for a Wordpress website. It must be able to be customised back end. Needs: Amount of Creditors (Slider that users can choose amount of creditors) Income: Monthly Income (After tax) - (Slider that users name choose income amount) Outgoings: Rent (Slider to choose amount) Bills (Slider to choose amount) Childcare (Slider to choose amount) Other expenses (Slider to choose amount) Debt: Credit Cards (Slider to choose amount owed) Personal Loans (Same as above) Payday Loans (Same as above) Store Cards (Same as above) Catalogues (Same as above) Council Tax (Same as above) Overdraft (Same as above) Hire Purchase (Same as above) As they are choosing this we need a 'Total debt amount' which changes as they enter amounts. I then need a table that changes with all choices. It will show total current debt, current contractual monthly payments (chosen by a % of total debt backend) on the other side of table it will show what it will look like with an IVA plan. So it shows total amount written off (75%) and new monthly payments, again chose by a % of new total debt backend, I've uploaded a screenshot which I need it to be similar to. Colours will be different to screenshot. So underneath each type of debt there would be a slider.
