Demo LMS with Out-of Box Content

I have been retained by my client a University in East Africa to create a Proof of concept by customizing an LMS with standard content epub,video and audio content uploaded, The task is to create a secure Demo LMS,create access credentials and a payment integration so that external persons interested in their publications can buy online while students can have access to the content on the go( Web-based). I will need a portfolio as demonstration that as a Freelancer, you have experience. This is just a demo for which I can provide a Domain and hosting. Once the demo is approved,we can then discuss the cost implication for the final product.
