Fix php site's login/user rank

Please bid if you are Expert with Smarty. My website: [login to view URL] has some small problems. [login to view URL] user login, There has no notification that user wether loggined or not. [login to view URL] can not record the user's high score. so I need: 1. When user registered(after user click "submit"), There should have text ("Register Successful! Please login with your username and password") under the member login title, above the login box . 2. After user login, there should have text " You already login, your score will be record" replace the login box and text "Register to save your results". 3. 10 User highest score should permenate show on the right side, under " top ten player" . 1 highest score per user. There has a good example site: hotornotgame dot com . My site should same as it. Thanks.
