Intergrate existing Ecommerce and mobile app food ordering app with in store pos

Food ordering [login to view URL] POS terminal polls the webshop URL and either receives an empty list ([ ]) or a list of plu items that were ordered.I will use an existing Woocomerce website and a ionic [login to view URL] a Woocommerce website and food order mobile app with in store pos. There is an API in [login to view URL] pos will check for orders online. So pos needs to receive the orders process it and reply with confirmation that orders was received successful.
