Looking to hire a developer

We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Programmer/Developer to join our Project Development team. This is a long-term position so naturally we hope to find someone who is committed to a long term employment with opportunity for growth within our business. Pay: $200-$300 per week (FULL TIME) Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled candidate who will be responsible for developing new programs and/or working on existing projects for our company. You will be working alongside a team of other developers in creating, maintaining, and updating our projects. In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient and have solid knowledge and experience in PHP and MySQL. It is a bonus if you have skills with Codeigniter and/or AJAX Job Duties: • Regular exposure to owner of the company as well as the team to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems. • The position requires an excellent communication skills since we need constant communication with colleagues. • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units. • Custom software application designing, building, or maintaining. • Maintaining an understanding of the latest programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups. • Identifying problems uncovered by customer or team feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction. • Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. • Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements. Requirements: • Proven working experience in programming/development projects • In-depth knowledge of PHP and MySQL • Familiarity and understanding with the following programming languages is a bonus: Codeigniter and AJAX • A solid understanding of how applications work including security, session management, and best development practices • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills • Excellent communication Skill • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
