Minecraft Equestrian Plugin

Hello! I’m looking for an experienced java developer who has made plugins before. I may ask for 2 separate plugins for a negotiable price. Currently, this is the plugin I want to be made. If you cannot do one thing, or might have to switch it up a little bit, please let me know! Horses: Feeding, Hydration/water, Pooping. This plugin would be a “Care” kind of plugin. Pooping; Horses will be able to poop when in their stall or in a pasture. I would like it if they wouldn’t poop when riding. Feeding; I think it would be nice when you place hay, the horse will take awhile to eat it, but when it’s done with the hay, the hay disappears. Water/Hydration; Same with Hay. I was thinking when horses have a cauldron with water in it, it will disappear. Along with Hydration, if a horse has not gotten water and is dehydrated, it will let the player know in the chat when the player is riding the horse. Horses are low on hunger message (if possible): “Your horse is hungry!” Low on water: “Your horse is dehydrated!” If they the horse is low on hunger or water, I would like it if they would preform slower than the speed they are, and if they haven’t been fed in a few days, the horse will die. My budget will go no higher than $100. Thanks! :)
