i need to add licensing feature to my laravel project

i have developed a laravel project and i want to encode the project and add licensing feature to it. How the project works:- it will be an exe file once the customer drops it in c folder and install it, an xampp folder will be created in c drive and automatically runs the xampp, then opens the project in browser for web installation. once installation completes he will be taken to welcome page from where they can login to project. But since now i have not added any licensing feature to it, now when the user is taken to welcome page, it should prompt for license key and when the user put the correct license key it should allow them to login. when the license expires it should not allow them to view the welcome page at all or should prompt for new license. i am using xampp - Thread safe and php version - 7.2.4 and laravel 5.6 On the other hand i need to know which software i should buy to encode and license my software and how to setup and start using them for the first time.. please help me on this issue
