Need a Chrome Extension developed

I will need a newly developed extension made that will basically be a better version of a couple that already exist so you will have some ideas to go off of. This extension will basically format PDFs of barcode and shipping labels into a correctly formatted ready to print size that will work directly with many different sizes of labels. I will need a very simple website to go along with the extension that people will subscribe too in order to use and download the extension (I have some sample sites already for you to look at). This is a pretty straight forward project and need it done promptly. Thank you!
