I need a Monitoring Service based on OpenNMS :: CentOS to do the following 1. Device Registration / Discovery based on a particular signature 2. Device Availability Monitoring using device specific MIB r3. Create Thresholds and Alarms 4. Communicate the alarm via a Restful API to a third Party Application 5. Communicate the alarm via Email to a Pre-designated email-id(s) 6. Communicate the alarm via SMS to a Pre-designated Mobile No(s) 7. Enable/Disable individual or multiple Communication Models
