Background/Goals: 1. Server folder will receive csv files every __ minutes. Some files will have timestamps while other do not have timestamps. The names will stay the same though, just timestamps change. Need to be able to loop thru files ignoring timestamps. 2. Currently use MySQL but going to SQL. 3. Some tables will be truncated as others will not. Thus need to know technique in SQL database setup to not have duplicates of a certain field and "IGNORE" duplicates. 4. Must use my current connection method for SQL. (will supply) 5. I prefer not to use [login to view URL] for security reasons, but somethign more for security like below: [login to view URL] 6. I use column encryption and would like to column encrypt two columns (I will specify) in the destination tables 7. Must give updates every 12 hours 8. I need instructions on how to use will supply. 9. Must speak English well (more than YES or NO answers) ## Will supply table creation codes, CSV files, PHP file examples)
