Portal for automatic documents generation

Hi there! We want to build an online portal for automatic document creation. The solution we have in mind is similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Here it is a good description of what we need: [login to view URL] Using Gravity Forms in some way seems the better solution for us, as we prefer Wordpress as the basic software. But this is not conditional :) Any other solution is welcome. We will consider all. So don't be shy... :) The MAJOR difference between what we want and the above examples is that in our portal, the users will NOT be able to generate their own fields and documents. Site manager is creating fields and documents, place them in specific categories, and then make them available to users who paid subscription. So users can only fill predefined fields for certain categories of documents, and then select which documents they wish to download. So each category will need to display a list of all available documents and user will select only the desired documents to download. We also want to offer the user the ability to download selected documents without having to fill out forms. We think the users sometimes need only the documents, even if it contains items like $ {field_name} or {$ field_name}. Since this is a long term project and we intend to develop it continuously after publishing, the team which we begin development will most likely be with us for a long time.
