PRIVATE PROJECT: Install PostgreSQL 16 on ubuntu 22.04

PRIVATE PROJECT for Muhammad Abdullah A. ---------- I need someone to prepare installation instructions to install PostgreSQL 16 on a virtual machine running 22.04. I will provide the virtual machine. The installation needs to be able to work with php. You will need to create a document or video with the steps, which will show what commands you used to install PostgreSQL and php to make them work together. Then you will create a database called test and a table called names, and you will create a few records of names. Then you will write a simple php program (using PDO) to access the table and display the names in the table. Then you will write a simple php program (using PDO) to write a new name to the table and then display the names in the table. After you have installed PostgreSQL and php on the virtual machine, created the database and table, and the php programs, and everything works, then you will give me the document or video. I will then create a new virtual server and follow your steps to make it work. If it works, then you get paid. This is very easy for someone who uses PostgreSQL daily.
