Redis Cache Expert Needed to set expiry and configure (magento site, linux, plesk, ubunto, nginx server)

Hi, we have Linux Based server with above software installed. we have recently installed and configured redis cache for our magento sites, (we have 2 websites on same server) but since the installation of redis our RAM usage is going out of the roof. it has already used 60GB of RAM and putting a lot of load on our server. it seems it is not deleting the old files and EXPIRE is not set properly on redis. we want you to set the expire and memory limit for redis plus configure redis in a way that it uses less resources and memory but for max benifit in return. you have to be a Redis Expert, dont want a newbie to google and try on our server. would like you to work via team viewer. plus installe redis for php for more benifit.
