Hi, I have a sign off form that I've created using CSS/HTML, which would be used to confirm delivery of goods. This form is PHP base and would allow the following: - Upload multiple photos from the phone (IOS/Android..etc) - Use HTML5 Canvas to implement a Signature feature, which will save that Canvas as a JPG - Tag the form with the current GPS location of when/where the form is being submitted The page currently has one single input to enter the receiver's full name, an already built script to allow multiple photo upload, and implementation of the Canvas element as a signature field. The photos/canvas uploaded must be in a format that can be queried and loaded into IMG elements, instead of being uploaded to folder on the server and linked. What I'd like is for the developer to tie it all together so that upon submitting the form, all of the images selected/uploaded AND the Canvas signature field, with the input field(s), will be added into a MYSQL database. For development purposes, this can point to any DB/Table, I can handle that afterwards.
