Web-based Reporting tool for Electricity Data -- 2

This project is to build web-based reporting tool for analysis of monthly electricity data and forecasting saving opportunities based on the input information and simple calculations. We already have a semi-automated excel spreadsheet (attached) that produces the dashboard (graphs) and calculation based on the raw data tab and the customer details input tab. The ‘report’ tab that is the output we need, in excel and pdf format. The web-based portal doesn’t’ need to hold the historical data, just list of users and with their customer’s details that they have run a report. User name, customer name, site, MPAN (supply number), date & time of the report. Features should include: Administrator access to issue usernames and passwords, and email verification for forgotten passwords to rest passwords. The reporting needs to be dynamic as sometimes the full sets of data (12 months) is not available for the KVA analysis. And the KVA cost can be £ or Pence per day or a fixed monthly. Further clarification will be provided. We require a professional and designed front end and not just grey tabs that just does the job. We also require advise on the domain and hosting requirements. The reporting graphs should look exactly as we currently have on our excel report, and able to print the pdf on single page of A4 (Landscape). We will do several testing until the exact requirement is achieved and no additional payment will be provided for reasonable additional features that makes the reporting functional.
