I would like to hire a Coder

I run a company that plants trees in the rainforest. We also market companies that plant trees as environmentally friendly which they use as a leverage in their sales. When you purchase tree(s), you fill in your contact information and it gets sent to me in a email (through my wordpress website). What you get out of it is 1 digital certificate (emailed to you) or if you plant over 12 trees you get a physical certificate (mailed to your home). I created the certificate in photoshop. Basically everytime I get a customer, I have to manually enter their information into my database.. Then manually put their name into the certificate (psd file), then manually email it to them or put it in a dropbox folder (if its over 12 trees) so I can send it to the printing company. As you see this is a very annoying process to do manually, especially if I where to get 100's of customers per day. What I need is an automated system that first off adds the customer into my wordpress database (im using a database plugin, could change it though). Then it edits the Certificate file (might have to convert it from psd to excel or something), so the certificate previews the proper name, date and amount of trees (Note: I already have a design for the certificate). THEN it sends the certificate to the specific email that the customer entered.. ALSO if the variable of the trees extent 12.. It gets put in a separated folder (that I will later send to the printing firm). Now I am no programmer, and I have no clue how to set this up. If I would have to make adjustments to make this work for you; I will. I am very flexibel also with the payment (depending on how the system works and how complex it is I could increase the paycheck). If anything was unclear please contact me.
