Write some Software

I want to improve the header and footer on my website. For the header, I'd like each tab to be highlighted when selected. Currently since I have it as a separate php file only the first tab stays highlighted while clicking through any of the pages. Additionally on mobile devices I'd like for the menu to scroll out from top-down instead of down-up; that way if you want to close the menu it'll be simpler. For the footer (also a separate php), I'd like to add an email subscription option, two recent Blog posts , add a Help area, sitemap, and social media icons.
