We're looking at a PPT binding tool that can collate slides from different PPT files (stored on a cloud & not local system) into a single new file and preferably also upload it on a cloud (for eg. Google Drive/Slides) & return the link. The primary objective remains for the Slides to be binded into one single file. To set context, we are an artist/talent management company and have PPT slides for each of the artists that we propose. In a proposal for a particular client's brief, only some of the artists will be suggested and we need a PPT to be compiled for only those artists from the entire deck of PPTs. The slides coming from a particular on collation should also have a title slide (1st slide) which can be the 1st slide from the source PPT file.
For example- PPT slides titled A, B, C, D & E are in PPT file 1 & PPT slides titled W, X, Y, Z are in PPT file 2. Then, through an interface, a user ticking checkboxes for slide titles A, C, Y- then slides A & C from PPT file 1 & slide Y from PPT file 2 will automatically get compiled into a new file- with a single category title slide before Slides A & C and another category title slide before slide Y from PPT file 2. If the user had clicked on only A & B, in this case only slides A & B from PPT file 1 will be compiled in a new file.
Please note that each Artist PPT can consist of 1 or more PPT slides and all the PPT slides associated with that artist should be copied by selecting only the artist name once & not having to select multiple slides for each artist. Refer to the link at the bottom for better understanding
(Optional) Preferably if this file can be saved and uploaded on a cloud returning the shared link would be an addon
Important points:
1. There'd be numerous PPT files on cloud and not on local system- like a bank of PPTs
2. Each artist will have multiple slides associated and all the slides should be copied in the new file without the user having to select each of the associated files separately
3. In the User Interface, the user should be able to manually change the order of options/artist names selected and the slides compiled from source files should be in the same order as defined by the user
