Since it’s launch partsformachines has experienced strong growth in revenue, volume and customer visits via a combination of value proposition message, Social media engagement, SEM, and SEO focus. As a part time Product manager - we are looking for an ideal partner who can help scale our business and potentially benefit from any success. Job Description: • To understand PFM business model and support growth via enhancing customer journey of current business • To work with the founding team and create wireframes on the areas of UX and customer development journey at PFM- work with tech team to complete implementation • To independently identify areas of customer friction and work with technical team to implement changes to eliminate them • To understand customer journey by individual product line and identify ways to enhance them • To work with business development team to create unique customer experience and customer journey for all new products introduced at PFM
