move 7 sites from godaddy hosting to aplus.net hosting

I moved 7 sites from Godaddy Windows Hosting to Aplus Windows hosting. The problem is, after moving everything over as is, the sites are not coming up. I called the new hosting company (Aplus hosting) and they told me that the .aspx file (located in the root directory) may be having some code that is specific to old environment. This is just their guess. I've attached the aspx file for your reference. The ftp details of all the 7 sites will be provided upon acceptance of project.
