Web designs (in Photoshop) or similar required for new site

I'm building an ASP.Net based site and would like a couple of designs which I can use as guidelines for the look and feel of it. **You will not be required to produce HTML or CSS** (or ASP.Net master pages etc), merely to provide .PSDs (or a similar format by prior agreement) from which I can generate the site content. Design brief is quite simple: - it should be modern and clean looking - the site will incorporate location services (probably MapPoint or Google Maps) and will need to incorporate maps into the screen design - it should comprise at least two distinct pages (or a design which incorporates both, though I think it's pretty unlikely that can be acheived well): a "home" page and also a "content" page (I will deal with the layout itself) I will furnish the winning bidder with a more detailed description of what exactly the site is to do in order to give a bit more inspiration in terms of selecting fonts/design elements, but I'm really looking for inspiration so you have a very free remit. **The winning bidder will be required to sign an NDA before being given a description of the site.** Assuming all goes well, I expect to have a requirement for a mobile (small-screen) version of the site shortly, and would prefer to use the same designer for that.
