We are looking for an assistant property manager for our Air BNB rentals. VA must excell in: 1. Spoken and Written English. you will be speaking with guests in the United States and so must be fluent in writing and speaking english. 2. Problem solving skills 3. Detailed and Organized see our company website: [login to view URL] The focus of this new VA hire will be in the areas of --Communication with guests and airbnb in written and spoken English --Detail oriented and organized as we work with vendors to do repairs on our homes. --Website editing helpful but not required --Social Media helpful but not required If you have experience working in property management or Hotel/AirBNB, this is helpful but we can train you. The most important element is being: 1. Problem Solving. This is not a job where you are always told what to do. You are identifying and solving problems daily and independantly. 2. Detailed orientedYou will be working independently and you must have the ability to complete tasks and be detailed oriented. Other requirements: 1. Quite Home office with two high speed internet sources like Wifi and Mobile Hotspot. No other people can be in the office like children or family. We use Time Doctor to track your work so your computer camera must be on when you work. 2. Back up battery for power outages IMPORTANT: All times are in US Central Standard Time (CST). Works hours are typically : work hours are 6 hours per day Monday to Friday from 8AM to 2PM . 6 hours of light "on call" work on either Saturday or Sunday. To be discussed later. Pay 1. First 4 weeks is trial period. Pay is $3/hour. 2. After 4 weeks pay increases to new base of $4-5/hour depending on work experience 3. You get paid every week during the trial period.
