Commercial/Residential Brochures

I own a Residential and Commercial property maintenance company. I have already an established logo, letterhead, envelope design, and business card. I would really like to develop a brochure exclusively for commercial prospects and one for residential. I would like both brochures to entail my services which include: housekeeping, janitorial (commercial), lawn care, property maintenance (commercial), and other minor landscaping services. I would like it to be crisp and professional, easy to read, easy layout, tri-fold, full color design, would like it to compliment my logo colors (which are light green).
