Edit and change dataset (Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter Notebook, Python)

DataSet: I added the file "[login to view URL]" I want to complete to the steps described below this introduction. I want a jupyter notebook as result with explained (guide and code) each step that is taken. The output would be a saved new .csv file and a jupyter notebook with the new data. Steps: 1) Delete rows where sum of columns M + N + O + P = 0 2) Delete rows where "Location" is "US Open" or "Next Gen Finals - Milan" 3) Delete rows where sum of columns "Odds1" and "Odds2" = 0 4) For each "Flashkey" count all rows in dataset. 5) For each "Flashkey" sum of columns O + P + Q + R + S + T 6) Delete all rows of "Flashkey" where result point 4 is different then result point 5 7) Sort all rows on "Matchkey" 8) Delete all rows of each "Flashkey" where "Sets1" or Sets2 is not 2 in the last row of the "Flashkey" 9) For each last row of a "Flashkey": - Put the value "1" in Column "Odds1" when Column "Sets1" is 2. Else put 1000 - Put the value "1" in Column "Odds2" when Column "Sets2" is 2. Else put 1000 10) Make 2 new columns named "Odds1After" and "Odds2After" 11) Fill "Odds1After" with the value of "Odds1" 1 row lower then current with the same "Flashkey" 12) Fill "Odds2After" with the value of "Odds2" 1 row lower then current with the same "Flashkey" 13) Result: The last row of a "Flashkey" can't have a shifted value in "Odds1After" and "Odds2After" because there is no next row.
