I need Modify and fix something with python code

1. I need separate [login to view URL] file to 2 files like that: the first file must update data from site (world0m.....com)from now table to COVID table with using find_data_for_country_element function the second file must insert data from (world0m.....com)from yesterday table to covid_backup and covid_sum using find_data_for_country_element function and this if condition : if (total new_cases for 10 countries from (world0m.....com) in yesterday table) !== (total new_cases for the same 10 countries for last insert in covid_backup) if condition true will insert data to covid_backup and covid_sum table in the time if condition false will not insert must data insert only one time in a day 2. I need the third file to calculate and update all in covid_backup like that : 3. calculate and update data to this 6 columns new_..... like that: new_cases = total_cases (today) - total_cases (day before) new_..... = total_.....
