Python XPath Selector Function

I am working on Python RPA automation, and am trying to create a tool to make my workflow easier. I need a function in python that continually highlights the element at the mouse cursor's position in Google Chrome and returns the XPath of the highlighted element when the left mouse button is clicked. Please read this before bidding. I have $20 USD in my Freelancer account to pay for this function. Please only bid if you are able to do this for $25 USD. Attached is a video of UiPath's Check App State feature which is similar to what I'm trying to accomplish (Except I don't need a dialogue box or any options, just the ability to highlight and return the Xpath of the an element).
