Raffleden (raffle site and app) using python and github for version control

I want to develop a betting app and website using python similar to this [login to view URL] The difference between this app and mine is that I want to develop it for both uk and [login to view URL] app will have the same features but different prices for Nigeria and Uk . While the prices for uk are in pounds the prices for Nigeria will be in naira. Technically the app detects if you are in Africa and gives you the option for Nigeria and also if you are not in Africa it gives you the options for uk . on the site you can also choose whether to participate for the Nigeria raffle or Uk raffle.
